By downloading, registering, or using Zapid, you agree to these Terms, and our Return & Refund, Privacy, and Delivery policies.

1. Platform role and service description

Zapid is a technology platform operated by the Company that enables users to place orders and request deliveries. Merchants/restaurants/pharmacies are responsible for product quality, pricing, and compliance; delivery partners perform pickup and delivery.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activities on your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Orders, pricing, and payments

Product prices, taxes, delivery fee, handling fee, and other charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We may cancel orders if payment fails or is flagged for risk.

4. Module-specific ordering rules

  • ZapidEats: preparation time applies; cancellations may be limited once preparation begins.
  • ZapidMart: item availability can change; substitutions/partial fulfillment may occur.
  • ZapidMeds: prescriptions/validation may be required; regulated products are handled as per law.
  • ZapidSend: correct addresses and safe packaging are required; prohibited items are not allowed.

5. Prohibited and restricted items (especially ZapidSend)

You must not order or send illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items. If we suspect prohibited items, we may cancel orders and/or report as required by law.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Some orders may not be cancellable after processing/dispatch, and cancellation charges may apply if displayed and permitted.

7. Delivery estimates and limitations

ETAs are estimates only. Delays may occur due to operational factors, traffic, weather, or merchant preparation time.

8. Promotions and Zapid Credits

Promotions may have conditions, limited validity, and eligibility requirements. Zapid Credits (if provided) are non-transferable and may expire as stated.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass merchants/delivery partners/support, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or submit false claims.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, app UI, and content on Zapid are owned by Zapid or licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Zapid’s liability, where applicable, may be limited to the affected order value/fees paid.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zapid harmless from claims arising from your misuse, illegal actions, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
